Designed for families and groups of friends, Paradise offers spacious interiors, modern comforts, and that touch of luxury that makes every stay truly special. Children are welcome, while – due to condominium rules and the delicate furnishings – pets are not allowed.
The experience begins right at your arrival: you’ll access the property via a private garage with electric opening, suitable for two cars (size: 350x204x5.5 m), from which a lift takes you directly to the apartment, located on the third and top floor.
Upon entering, you’re immediately greeted by natural light streaming through the large windows of the living area. The open-plan American-style kitchen, modern and fully equipped, opens into a spacious lounge with comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV and a large dining table. Two spectacular panoramic terraces with electric sunshades provide the perfect setting for outdoor dining with a lake view.
The master bedroom is a true retreat, featuring a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi whirlpool tub and access to a private terrace overlooking the pools. The second bedroom, ideal for younger guests, offers a single bed and a small double, and also has its own private terrace. A second bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine completes the space.
Guests have access to five swimming pools, one of which is child-friendly, a play area, daytime porter service and night-time entry via a remote-controlled gate. Wi-Fi, air conditioning in every room and heating ensure maximum comfort in every season.
But what truly sets Paradise apart is our DesenzanoLoft concierge service: starting one week before your arrival, a personal concierge (speaking Italian, English, German, Spanish or Portuguese) will be available for any questions about the apartment or local area. They’ll welcome you personally at check-in, show you around the property and remain at your disposal throughout your stay. At check-out, they’ll be there to see you off and make sure everything was just perfect.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Late arrivals (up to 11:30 PM) are possible with a €50 surcharge. A security deposit of €200 is required, payable in cash or by card, and refundable within 3 working days.

Butterfly and Pools is an elegant three-room apartment located in the prestigious Vista Lago residence, just a few kilometres from Desenzano del Garda. Ideal for families seeking relaxation and fun, the apartment is situated in an exclusive complex with porter service, a large playground, and five swimming pools, one of which is reserved for young children, ensuring safety and tranquillity.
Located on the first floor with a lift, the apartment welcomes guests into a bright open-plan living room with a kitchenette, dining area, and relaxation zone. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, and all the necessary utensils for a worry-free holiday. The comfortable double sofa bed and the TV unit complete the living area, which opens onto a large terrace with views of the pool and a stunning glimpse of the lake. A perfect space to enjoy breakfasts, lunches, and dinners outdoors, while parents can relax and keep an eye on the children in the pool.
The sleeping area consists of a practical corridor with a built-in wardrobe and washing machine, a room with a bunk bed, and a spacious double bedroom with a large wardrobe. The double mattress is enhanced with a high-quality topper, adding an extra layer of comfort for a restorative sleep. The sleeping area also includes a service bathroom with a sink and WC, and a second bathroom with a double sink, bidet, WC, and shower.
Each room, including the living room, has direct access to the terrace, ensuring bright spaces and well-utilised areas. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in every room and an underground garage (300x213x6.5 mt). The location is strategic, close to supermarkets, the Desenzano and Sirmione motorway exits, and key services.

A week before arrival, a dedicated concierge will be available for any information about the apartment and the area, offering a personalised welcome in Italian, English, German, Spanish, and Portuguese. We do not use safety deposit boxes with codes, nor will we ask you to travel unnecessary distances: upon arrival, you will be welcomed and accompanied directly to the apartment, with assistance guaranteed throughout your stay. Upon departure, the concierge will be present to bid you farewell and ensure your experience was perfect. The service is always available through direct chat contact, ensuring fast and personalised assistance.
Pets are welcome with a small supplement of 5 E per day. The apartment is subject to a 100 E security deposit, which can be paid in cash or by credit card. If paid in cash, the deposit will be refunded within three working days by bank transfer, subject to any damages.
