Description
Butterfly and Pools is a three-room apartment located a few km from Desenzano, in the renowned residence “Vista Lago“. Ideal apartment for families who want to spend a holiday of total relaxation. It is a safe residence as there is a concierge; consisting of a playground and five swimming pools, one of which is exclusively for children. This apartment is located on the first floor with a lift. Upon entering we are greeted by a large and bright living room with kitchenette, dining table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped; composed of oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and complete with all kitchen utensils. Still in the living room, we find a double sofa bed, TV cabinet and directly from here we turn to the large terrace overlooking the pool and from where you can admire a hint of the lake; The perfect location where you can enjoy breakfasts, lunches, aperitifs and dinners in the open air. It is also an advantage for parents who want to relax as from the terrace you can monitor their children in the pool!
The sleeping area, on the other hand, consists of a large corridor equipped with a built-in wardrobe with the washing machine inside; a small bedroom with bunk beds, a double bedroom with large wardrobe; finally a service bathroom with sink and toilet and another bathroom with double sink, bidet, toilet and shower.
Each room, including the living room, connects to the large terrace.
The air conditioning in every room, the underground garage, the proximity to supermarkets, the Desenzano and Sirmione motorway exits and the main services complete the description of Butterfly!

Pets are welcome, the extra cost is 5.00 euros per day, upon request we provide you with a welcome pack if you need it, consisting of a cot or booth, aluminum feeders, mat and food ration for the first night . You can pick up the material after the holidays and it will remain your property. An additional fee of EUR 15 per night will be required for this additional service.
