Apartment La Vigna is set within the ancient Minichèto farmhouse, lovingly and expertly restored: original exposed stone walls, preserved for centuries, now blend harmoniously with clean lines, modern comforts, and understated elegance, creating a warm, intimate atmosphere that feels deeply Italian.

You will reach the apartment by walking through a charming historic alley, rich in character, leading into the heart of the hamlet. The entrance of the farmhouse welcomes you with a timeless, evocative atrium. On the ground floor, La Vigna opens onto a private lake-view balcony—your perfect spot to enjoy breakfast in the sun, relax on a deck chair with a good book, or sip a glass of wine as Lake Garda glows golden at sunset.

Inside, the apartment feels like a home cared for with passion and attention to detail:

a cozy living area with a sofa bed,

a dining space featuring a solid wood table in traditional rustic style, a symbol of Italian conviviality,

a modern, fully equipped kitchen with both American coffee machine and Nespresso, so you can start each day with the aroma you love.

Descending the stairs, you will discover a true hidden gem: a garden set within the ancient courtyard, intimate and atmospheric, furnished with comfortable sun loungers and dedicated entirely to your relaxation. From here, an exclusive passage adorned with an ancient stone fountain leads to the beautifully restored historic cellar, also accessible to the owner. The big holiday apartment “Casa Simone” is in an amazing and sunny location, overlooking the Gardalake and the imposing Monte Baldo mountain.
This property benefits of a terrace without lake view and of an outdoor patio with furniture, perfect place for sunbathing.

Immersed in the nature, this holiday rental presents itself divided in 4 separate apartments ( Luna , Sole, Stella and Infinity): each one provided of its own private terrace.

HOLIDAY APARTMENT STELLA:

it is located on the first floor, next to the Luna apartment, and offers space for 4 people. It consists of a bedroom, a bathroom and a bright living room with fireplace, sofa bed, integrated kitchenette and dining area.

It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.

The apartment has a private balcony and direct access to the well-kept common garden with olive trees and a barbecue area with garden furniture.

The satellite TV and WIFI access will also allow guests to enjoy comfortable comforts from home even during their stay.

In a few minutes, by car, you can reach the center of Tignale with its supermarkets, bakeries, cafes and restaurants while the lake is about 5 km away.
