The entrance of the farmhouse welcomes you with a timeless, evocative atrium. On the ground floor, La Vigna opens onto a private lake-view balcony—your perfect spot to enjoy breakfast in the sun, relax on a deck chair with a good book, or sip a glass of wine as Lake Garda glows golden at sunset.

Inside, the apartment feels like a home cared for with passion and attention to detail:
