    La casa è dotata anche di un bellissimo garage per cui non c’è nemmeno il problema del parcheggio.
    Siamo stati accolti da un graditissimo e abbondantissimo kit di benvenuto con varie bontà.
    La signora Alessandra ci ha accolti dandoci tutte le informazioni necessarie e dimostrandosi sempre gentile e disponibile per tutta la durata del soggiorno.
    La casa è situata fuori dal centro storico di Sirmione, raggiungibile in 5 minuti di macchina. La casa è vicina a tanti supermercati, alla chiesa, e ad una fantastica piadineria che abbiamo avuto la fortuna di provare.

    Im Bad ist der Klodeckel leicht lose und die Dusche darf man sich nicht so genau anschauen . Einfache Handgriffe denkt man sich, mit wenig Aufwand, aber wie gesagt, unwohl haben wir uns nie gefühlt.

    Appartement in toller Lage mit schönem Garten

    Wir haben unsere Tage in dem Appartement sehr genossen. Die Küche hat alles zu bieten was man braucht, schönes Bad und wir genossen die beiden Terrassen: morgens Sonne auf der einen, abends auf der anderen. Das Appartement war sehr sauber. Toller Garten für Menschen und Hund. Der Pool war Ostern noch zu, hätten wir aber auch nicht gebraucht. Viel schöner vorne am See zu liegen. Übergabe der Schlüssel und Rückgabe liefen reibungslos. Ein Problem mit dem Warmwasser wurde sofort behoben.
    Einziges Manko: das Appartement ist an der Hauptstraße - man sollte nicht lärmempfindlich sein .
    Das Haus ist hellhörig. War ok für uns. Ostern war das Haus noch ziemlich leer.
    Die Gartenstühle könnten repariert werden. 4 Kaffeetassen wären toll.

    Traumurlaub am Gardasee

    Die Wohnung war wunderbar. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. In der Küche und im Hauswirtschaftsraum findet man alles was man braucht. Sogar ein Bügeleisen mit Brett war vorhanden.
    Der große Garten und die zwei Terrassen sind ein Traum. Der Garten grenzt direkt an den Pool, der zwar mit den anderen Hausbewohnern geteilt werden muss, dies war jedoch nicht schlimm. Die meiste Zeit konnten wir den Pool ganz für uns alleine nutzen. In 1 Minunte ist man in der Fußgängerzone, wo man jede Menge Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants findet und in 3 Gehminuten ist man direkt am Gardasee … wirklich perfekt. Und obwohl die Wohnung wirklich mitten drin ist, hat man absolut seine Ruhe, wenn man im Garten oder am Pool liegt und die Sonne genießt.
    Die Waschmaschine und der Staubsauger sind etwas in die Jahren gekommen …. ansonsten war wirklich alles toll.
