After a short flight of 12 steps, the entrance opens onto a dramatic living room whose wide lake-facing windows create the feeling of being inside a film with Lake Garda as the leading actor. The space is generous, bright and air-conditioned; a comfortable sofa bed welcomes relaxation, an elegant dining table is positioned to enjoy the view at every meal and a 55" smart TV completes the scene. Eden’s crowning treasure is its private beach, an exclusive corner shared with only 5 other apartments; on arrival you will find 4 sun loungers reserved for you. While the apartment can host up to 6 guests, access to the beach is limited to a maximum of 4 people at a time to preserve privacy and calm. High-speed Wi-Fi supports every moment of your stay, while a covered underground garage suitable for compact vehicles offers internal dimensions of 2.50 × 5.00 m with a maximum height of 1.85 m, allowing you to check vehicle compatibility in advance. A personalised concierge service enhances the experience: you will be contacted 1 week before arrival via private chat, welcomed in person on the day of check-in and assisted continuously until departure. Check-in runs 15:00–19:00; for later arrivals, up to 23:30, a supplement of €50 applies. Pets are not permitted.
