With its spacious layout and beautiful lake views, it is the perfect choice for families, couples, or small groups of up to 5 guests (including infants and children).

The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
A fully equipped kitchen.
A stylish living room with a Smart TV, a comfortable sofa bed, and a dining table.
Large panoramic windows overlooking Lake Garda.
A spacious furnished balcony with a dining table and chairs, perfect for enjoying breakfast, dinner, or a relaxing morning yoga session with lake views.
A second bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and washing machine.
Comfort

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning:

One unit in the living room.
One centrally positioned unit serving both bedrooms.

Air conditioning is included in your stay, provided it is used with doors and windows closed. Otherwise, an additional charge of €15 per day will apply.

Panoramic Rooftop Pool

During the summer season, guests can enjoy the shared rooftop swimming pool with stunning panoramic views of Lake Garda.

Each apartment has two reserved sun loungers in the pool's sunbathing area.

Please note: Wearing a swim cap is mandatory.

Parking
Free public parking is available directly in front of the building.
Upon request, a private parking space in the underground garage is available for smaller vehicles.

Spiaggia Casinò beach is only 500 metres away, about a 10-minute walk.

Shops, cafés, restaurants, and all essential services are within easy walking distance. The apartment is also an excellent base for exploring Lake Garda and its surroundings.

Welcome to Minnie, our cozy apartment located on the first floor of a modern building with only 9 residential units, in the heart of Gardone Riviera. The perfect choice for a relaxing holiday on Lake Garda.

The Apartment

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests (including infants and children) and features:

A comfortable living room with Smart TV, sofa, and dining table
A fully equipped kitchen
1 bathroom with shower and hairdryer
A second bathroom with toilet, washbasin, and washing machine
A spacious furnished balcony with a table, chairs, and an outdoor sofa, perfect for enjoying breakfast, lunch, or simply relaxing outdoors

Since 2025, the apartment has been fully air-conditioned, with two air conditioning units: one located in the living room and the other in the hallway between the two bedrooms, ensuring a cool and comfortable temperature throughout the apartment during the summer months.

Rooftop Swimming Pool

During the summer season, you can relax in the beautiful shared rooftop swimming pool while enjoying breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Garda.

Each apartment has 2 reserved sun loungers in the solarium area, ensuring maximum comfort during your relaxing days by the pool.
