With its spacious layout and beautiful lake views, it is the perfect choice for families, couples, or small groups of up to 5 guests (including infants and children).

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning:

One unit in the living room.
One centrally positioned unit serving both bedrooms.

Air conditioning is included in your stay, provided it is used with doors and windows closed. Otherwise, an additional charge of €15 per day will apply.

Panoramic Rooftop Pool

During the summer season, guests can enjoy the shared rooftop swimming pool with stunning panoramic views of Lake Garda.

Each apartment has two reserved sun loungers in the pool's sunbathing area.

Please note: Wearing a swim cap is mandatory.

Parking
Free public parking is available directly in front of the building.
Upon request, a private parking space in the underground garage is available for smaller vehicles.

Spiaggia Casinò beach is only 500 metres away, about a 10-minute walk.

Welcome to Latte & Menta, a bright holiday apartment decorated in fresh milk and mint-green tones, ideal for guests seeking a relaxing stay on Lake Garda.

Located on the first floor of a quiet building with only five apartments, the property enjoys beautiful lake views and a strategic location just a short walk from the historic center of Gardone Riviera. The town center can be reached in less than 500 meters via a charming downhill road; on the way back, the uphill walk requires a little effort, but the peaceful surroundings and stunning views make it well worthwhile.

The apartment opens onto a comfortable hallway leading to the bright living area, featuring a modern fully equipped kitchen, a Smart TV, a small sofa, and a dining table. Large glass doors fill the space with natural light and open onto a panoramic balcony, perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors or an aperitif while admiring the lake view.

The sleeping area includes a spacious double bedroom with direct access to the lake-view balcony, a second bedroom with a single bed, and a third compact yet functional bedroom with an additional single bed.
