The sleeping area consists of two spacious and well-furnished double bedrooms, each featuring a stylish wardrobe and air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay in any season. Upon departure, the concierge will be there to say goodbye and ensure your experience was flawless.

Check-in time for this apartment is between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM; for late arrivals between 7:00 PM and 11:30 PM, there is a €50.00 supplement. A €100.00 security deposit is required, payable either in cash at check-in or by credit card. If paid in cash, the deposit will be refunded via bank transfer within 3 working days, provided no damage has occurred.

Butterfly and Pools is an elegant three-room apartment located in the prestigious Vista Lago residence, just a few kilometres from Desenzano del Garda. Ideal for families seeking relaxation and fun, the apartment is situated in an exclusive complex with porter service, a large playground, and five swimming pools, one of which is reserved for young children, ensuring safety and tranquillity.
Located on the first floor with a lift, the apartment welcomes guests into a bright open-plan living room with a kitchenette, dining area, and relaxation zone. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, and all the necessary utensils for a worry-free holiday. The comfortable double sofa bed and the TV unit complete the living area, which opens onto a large terrace with views of the pool and a stunning glimpse of the lake. Pets are welcome with a small supplement of 5 E per day. The apartment is subject to a 100 E security deposit, which can be paid in cash or by credit card. If paid in cash, the deposit will be refunded within three working days by bank transfer, subject to any damages.
