The check-in time for this apartment is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM; for later arrivals, between 7:00 PM and 11:30 PM, a supplement of €50.00 is provided. The apartment is subject to a security deposit of €150.00, which can be paid in cash at check-in or by credit card. If in cash, the deposit will be refunded via bank transfer within 3 working days, in the absence of damages.

Located on the first floor with a lift, the apartment welcomes guests in a bright open-plan living room with a kitchenette, dining area and relaxation zone. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and all necessary utensils for a worry-free holiday.
