During your stay, the estate is entirely dedicated to you.

The main villa remains closed and unoccupied, offering the rare privilege of a fully exclusive environment. You will be the sole guests on the property, with private use of the garden and swimming pool.

The Loft

Originally designed in the 1970s by architect Angelo Folli and fully renovated in 2025, the Loft is a refined contemporary annex combining architectural character with modern comfort.

The 80 sqm open-plan space is bright and harmonious, where living area and kitchen flow seamlessly into one another. Clean lines, selected materials and understated elegance define the atmosphere.

The sleeping area is set on a slightly raised platform, accessed by two steps — a subtle architectural detail that gently defines the space while preserving the open layout. The bed becomes a natural focal point, elevated yet integrated into the overall design.

The fully equipped kitchen invites relaxed breakfasts and intimate dinners. A desk corner adds practicality, while the contemporary bathroom reflects simplicity and quality craftsmanship.

A private balcony offers partial views of Lake Garda and the surrounding hills — a pleasant backdrop that complements the landscape without dominating it.

The Loft features an independent entrance, accessible via stairs from your private parking area at the property’s entrance.

Garden & Pool

A short 40-metre pathway through the garden and olive trees leads to the pool area — a pleasant transition from indoor comfort to outdoor leisure.

Here, the atmosphere is relaxed and informal:
• Sun loungers and umbrella in the solarium area
• An elegant lounge beneath a glass-roofed portico
• An outdoor kitchen for open-air dining

The Loft does not have direct views of the pool, creating a natural separation between living space and leisure area.

Due to the panoramic hillside location and proximity to a main road and local activities, some external noise may occasionally be perceptible at certain times of the day. This is part of the surrounding environment and does not compromise the overall quality, exclusivity and comfort of the experience.
