The Loft is a modern annex of the villa, originally designed in the 1970s by architect and former owner Angelo Folli. Featuring a private entrance, it is easily accessible with a staircase from the outdoor private parking area located at the entrance of the property.
Fully renovated in 2025 in a contemporary modern style, the Loft has been designed to offer maximum comfort in an environment that invites relaxation and tranquility.
With its 80 sqm of space, the Loft is conceived as an elegant and bright open space, harmoniously integrating the sleeping area, living room, and a brand-new, fully equipped kitchen – designed for both functionality and stylish convivial moments. A desk corner and a welcoming entrance area complete the open-plan layout.
The property also includes a contemporary-designed bathroom and a terrace with a partial view over Lake Garda, the Valtenesi hills, and the charming village of Raffa.
Exclusivity and Privacy
During your stay, you will be the only guests on the property. Both the Loft and the pool area are reserved exclusively for your use. The main villa remains closed to guarantee your utmost privacy and a relaxing atmosphere.
Swimming Pool and Relaxation Area
The private swimming pool is located approximately 30 meters from the Loft and can be reached via a short path with two stairways and a small trail through the garden and olive trees. This area is ideal for quiet moments, reading, or enjoying aperitifs at sunset.
Environmental Context Notice
The L.A. Hills pool area, located in a panoramic mid-hill position, offers an exclusive and private environment designed for moments of relaxation in the garden. However, please note that, due to the property’s proximity to a main road and some local industrial activities, occasional external noise may be noticeable at certain times of the day. This does not affect the overall quality of the guest experience, which remains centered on well-being, privacy, and tranquility.
The pool area is equipped with:
• A sunbathing area with loungers, umbrella, and outdoor shower
• A summer lounge under a glass-roofed porch, with sofas and a coffee table
An outdoor kitchen will soon be available for guests as well.
