Surrounded by a fully fenced private garden, the property ensures complete privacy and a safe environment for children. The private pool, covered terrace, and thoughtfully designed outdoor lighting create a magical atmosphere, perfect for enjoying unforgettable summer evenings. A fireplace with barbecue area is also available for relaxed al fresco dining.
The interiors are tastefully designed, offering spacious and bright living areas. On the ground floor, you will find a large, fully equipped kitchen (the only room without air conditioning, but well ventilated), a refined dining room, and three bedrooms: a master bedroom with lake view and en-suite bathroom, one bedroom with bunk beds, and one with two single beds that can be joined together. A second bathroom with shower completes this level.
Upstairs, there are two elegant double bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with shower, and a second living area with kitchen. From here, step out onto the balcony and enjoy a charming panoramic lake view.
In the basement, a laundry area with washing machine is available. The property also offers up to three covered parking spaces.
The location is ideal for exploring the area, with stunning beaches, boat rentals, mountain biking, golf, wine tastings, and a variety of excursions nearby. For a fun-filled day, popular theme parks are just a short drive away.

Papier. Lage ist sehr zentral und der See sehr nah. Matratzen könnten mal erneuert werden. Insgesamt kann man die Villa sehr empfehlen und wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus und den Pool sehr genossen. |
