On the mezzanine floor, you are welcomed by a bright living room with dining room that opens onto a large covered terrace, ideal for enjoying breakfasts and dinners with a view. You will find a functional kitchenette complete with all appliances, a double bedroom with lake view and two additional bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a single bed. A bathroom with shower completes the floor.

Moving down to the basement level, you will discover a spacious open plan area with a double bed and a second bathroom, offering an additional living area and privacy for guests. The warm-toned decor offers a classic and welcoming charm.

After unlocking the front door and entering the house, you can see Lake Garda directly through the living room. You will find a comfortably furnished living/dining room with a sofa set, cable TV/flat screen, dining table and fitted kitchen (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave). The villa offers enough living space for up to 7 people with two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom, a bathroom and a toilet.
The holiday home, which is comfortably furnished with lots of wood, offers a spacious sunbathing lawn with barbecue facilities and a spacious terrace with a view of the lake. On the large south - terrace you can enjoy beautiful hours in the midst of nature. Perhaps with a hearty breakfast in the morning or a cozy get-together in the glorious evening sun.
Two/three parking spaces are available for our guests directly in front of the house. It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.

Villa Sole is for two families and it has got a private swimming pool just for our guests and it is very close to the lake. It has been newly refurbished and renovated and it is of about 95 m2 and it is divided into two floors for a maximum of 6 people.
The Villa has got a living room together with kitchen, a bathroom with shower on the ground floor.
The Kitchen is well-equipped and it has got a dishwasher, 2 fridges, a freezer and gas stove.
On the first floor, you will find 3 double bedrooms (one of them has got a French bed) and another bathroom with shower I
In the garden you will relax yourself in the beautiful and private swimming pool with deck-chairs.
You can park your car in the garden. It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.
The Villa is situated near the beach Romantica in Manerba del Garda, just few minutes by foot.
You will find there a beautiful promenade overlooking the lake with many restaurants and bars.

Lovely feel-good family home near Lago di Garda

Casa Montecolo is really like the description and the photos on the website spacious, clean, fully equipped, homey feel and a beautiful garden including a swimming pool with a view.

The kitchen and living room are fully equipped.
All rooms upstairs have airconditioning.

Bedrooms:
The beds are very comfortable. Also, there are enough wardrobes to put your luggage.
The windows are provided with window screens to keep possible mosquitoes out and wooden shutters to keep the rooms cool.

There are two bath rooms and one utility room with a washing machine and a dryer.

The grounds are walled, private and secured. There is enough (uncovered) parking space to park two large cars.

The garden is spacious and tranquil and it offers view on the lake and gorgious sunrises and sunsets. There are five different seating areas to read a book or enjoy a meal together. The terraces are provided with comfortable seats.

Our small dog enjoyed playing on the lawn and we were at ease as she couldn’t escape anywhere.

The pool is lovely! Easy access, comfortable temperature and is just gorgeous.

The owners have taken good care of their house and as their guests we felt at home.
Anna and Cristina, Garda FeWo, replied friendly and quickly to any question.
