As soon as you pass through the gate, you are welcomed by a well-maintained garden surrounding the property, a perfect corner to enjoy nature in total privacy. The entrance immediately reveals the attention to detail that characterises the entire dwelling: tastefully decorated walls, refined chandeliers, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere create a unique environment. Proceeding, on the left opens a spacious and bright living room, a place designed for relaxation and conviviality, furnished with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen television, and a dining area directly overlooking the large private terrace. It is from here that you can admire the spectacle of the lake, offering unforgettable moments at any time of the day.

The kitchen, modern and fully equipped, is the dream of those who love cooking and sharing meals in company. Here, nothing is missing: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, juicer, electric kettle, gas hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and a wide range of kitchen utensils. Every detail is designed to offer an uncompromising experience, where practicality meets refined design.

Climbing the suggestive crystal staircase, you access the sleeping area, a refuge of peace and comfort. The master bedroom, with its double bed and a large wardrobe, is a small corner of paradise, enhanced by a window with a lake view. The second double bedroom, equally welcoming, offers a pleasant view of the garden and provides ample space to store personal belongings. The main bathroom is elegant and functional, equipped with a double washbasin, a large glass shower, toilet, and bidet. Each room is fitted with air conditioning and mattresses with high-quality toppers, an arrangement that ensures an even more comfortable and regenerating rest.

From the kitchen, a staircase leads to the lower floor, where there is a spacious tavern dedicated to play and relaxation. This space, designed for leisure, is furnished with a dining table, a comfortable sofa, and another flat-screen television, offering a perfect area to spend pleasant moments in company. This location offers an ideal base for exploring the main cities and locations of northern Italy: Brescia and Verona are reachable in 30 minutes, Milan in 60 minutes and Venice and Florence in about 90 minutes. Just 500 metres from the property, in the historic centre, you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, the Desenzanino beach, the port, bars, pizzerias and restaurants, where you can enjoy a lunch or dinner with a view of Lake Garda. Palm Garda Beach is surrounded by a large garden that wraps around the entire dwelling and offers two independent entrances for greater convenience. Inside, the dwelling consists of a habitable kitchen, fully equipped with appliances, utensils and everything necessary to make the stay comfortable. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, a smart TV and a dining table with chairs, ideal for relaxing or eating together. Continuing down the corridor, you access the sleeping area, consisting of two double bedrooms, furnished with wardrobes, chests of drawers and bedside tables, and a complete bathroom with toilet, shower and bidet.
