Welcome to our beautiful and new apartment complex Gardaliva, recently built and newly-inaugurated in June 2019!
The apartment complex features 5 apartments divided into two buildings and surrounded by a beautiful and shared garden and infinity swimming pool.
The apartments are modern and with high-quality equipment, perfect for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. They all have their uniquely different features and strong points.
The apartment complex Gardaliva is ideally located just 450 m from the beach and the lake promenade in Manerba del Garda.
In the basement you will find a shared washing-machine to use for free and a big bbq area in the backyard is at your disposal.
The Green Duplex 1 apartment, divided over two floors, is an elegant and refined solution, ideal for families, completely newly furnished, and equipped with TV, Wifi and air conditioning.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with sofa bed, dining table with chairs, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, oven, fridge, coffee machine and kettle and toilett without shower.
The living room leads to a spacious covered terrace, furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers.
From here there is access to the common garden and the swimming pool suitable also for younger children (minimum depth 0.50 m).
The sleeping area is located on the first floor and consists of a double bedroom with TV, a bedroom with two single beds, a third open space area with a foldaway double bed and a large bathroom with shower.
The double bedroom leads to the covered terrace furnished with a sitting area for you to enjoy your afternoons outside with a beautiful view of the lake and the swimming pool.
Every apartment has private assigned parking.
A short walk takes you to the beach and lake promenade of Manerba del Garda where you can find restaurants, pizzeria and ice cream shop. There is a supermarket less than 5 minutes’ drive away and a bakery near to house. You’ll find a good and varied selection of restaurants and other shops in a short distance.
Gardaliva offers fun and relaxation for all ages and also provides a quiet, secluded peace of mind while being only minutes away from activities, shopping, dining, and so much more!
We suggest you to visit la Rocca di Manerba del Garda, a nature preserve site allowing for gorgeous lake scenery.

Soon we will welcome you to Gardaliva by the lake in Manerba del Garda! This splendid property, completely renovated by the owners of other Gardaliva accommodations, was designed to offer a stay characterized by comfort and modern style. The two two-family units overlook an exclusive shared swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days.
Currently, completion work is ongoing and the house will be ready to welcome you in July 2025. For this reason, we do not currently have photos, but we assure you that the level of comfort will be comparable, if not superior, to that of other Gardaliva accommodations. Surrounded by a lush garden, the house is equipped with an electric car charging station, making it ideal for those traveling sustainably. Guests will enjoy an elegant design, characterized by pleasant colors and clean lines, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.

Die Anlage liegt recht nah zum Strand und zu Restaurants mit Blick auf den See an der lokalen Hauptstraße im Ort. Die Anbindung ist gut, die Lage ist trotzdem recht ruhig - auf der Terrasse, dem Balkon und im Haus hört man kaum etwas von Fahrzeugen.

Das Haus ist schön aufgeteilt und gut ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage ist gut und leise. Der Pool ist gepflegt. Es war die Woche mehrfach jemand vor Ort, um die Anlage und den Pool zu pflegen. Dies ist uns positiv aufgefallen. Der Service ist sehr gut. Bei Fragen und und Problemen wurde schnell reagiert. Vielen Dank dafür. Uns hat der Urlaub in der Doppelhaushälfte sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. |

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr zentral, wir konnten alles nötige zu Fuß erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Betten sind gemütlich. Der Service bei der Ankunft und bei Nachfragen war sehr gut.

Die Zufahrt zum Haus bzw. das einparken ist abenteuerlich. Sehr enge und steile Einfahrt mit starken Unebenheiten. Für gr0ße Autos ungeeignet.

Die Anlage selbst ist sehr schön, die Umgebung noch nicht komplett zugebaut...........

Der Parkplatz war sehr eng und dann war auch noch

Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war stets freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Lage war gut und der See war schnell Fußläufig erreichbar. Leckere Restaurants waren un der Nähe.
