Overlooking the picturesque Piazza Feltrinelli, the apartment offers a breathtaking view of the lake, making every moment special, from breakfast to sunset. On the second floor of a typical Desenzano house, the apartment was tastefully renovated in June 2018, combining elegance and modernity, while preserving original details such as the exposed wooden beams, which create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The spacious interior is well-organised, with a bright living area and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for those who love cooking even while on holiday, complete with a dishwasher, oven and fridge. The bathroom, with a spacious shower and refined finishes, is another strong point of the apartment. In addition, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning to ensure comfort during the summer months and high-speed free Wi-Fi, ideal for those who need to stay connected for work or leisure. The central location is perfect for exploring Desenzano: as you step out of the apartment, you’ll find charming shops, typical restaurants, bars, and the harbour, which is a starting point for boat trips on the lake. The train station and public parking are nearby, offering easy access to the main Italian cities. One week before your arrival, you will have a dedicated concierge available in Italian, English, German, Spanish, and Portuguese, ready to answer all your questions about the apartment and the surrounding area. Upon your arrival, the concierge will personally welcome you, accompany you to the apartment, and remain at your disposal throughout your stay. Our goal is to make you feel pampered and well cared for, offering quick and personalised assistance via direct chat. Check-in for "La Mia Favorita" is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. For arrivals between 7:00 PM and 11:30 PM, a supplement of 50 E is required. The apartment is subject to a security deposit of 150 E, which will be refunded at the end of your stay, minus any damages. I wish there was a full size broom so I could sweep the floors daily. The kids and be quite messy when eating. Also having hand anti bacterial soap in the bathroom would be great.

Не было соли, сахара, бутылки масла, мало мыла и шампуня (не расчитано на количество гостей из расчета дней проживания). Так же можно было положить парочку таблеток для посудомоечной машины и стиральной. Все это не критично для проживания, но это неsee more

Sono stata con il mio compagno in questo piccolo alloggio ma veramente carino, infatti siamo rimasti veramente colpiti in quanto di solito si trovano situazioni un pò disastrate invece qui è stata veramente una sorpresa positiva tutto molto bello, pesee more

Inoltre molto comoda sia per le passeggiate nel centro che per andare in spiaggia ,dove anche li abbiamo trovato un servizio efficiente e dei ragazzi molto simpatici.Quindi è un posto sicuramente dove ritornerei volentieri. Grazie
