Casa Franzosi – A Stay Between Lake, Nature, Taste and Culture

In the heart of Valtènesi, in Puegnago del Garda, between the waters of Lake Garda and the gentle moraine hills of the province of Brescia, Casa Franzosi opens its doors: a refined luxury retreat where true luxury is expressed through simplicity, experienced with elegance.

Designed to engage with its surroundings, Casa Franzosi embraces the concept of quiet luxury through contemporary architecture, clean lines, natural materials and carefully considered details. Every choice has been guided by the desire to enhance the local area without altering its identity, creating a place where comfort meets authenticity and luxury is expressed through the simplicity of things done well.

Each apartment takes its name from one of the winery’s labels, conveying a different facet of the Franzosi identity.

The property features five exclusive apartments, surrounded by olive groves. The shared areas are designed to offer guests a relaxed and carefree stay: a beautiful, generously sized swimming pool, an elegant sun terrace where guests can bask in the Garda sunshine, and a shared laundry room.

Although immersed in nature, Casa Franzosi enjoys a privileged location. The beaches of Lake Garda can be reached in just ten minutes by car, while a pleasant walk leads to the historic centre of Puegnago del Garda, where the authentic rhythm of the village unfolds among local shops, small boutiques, a gourmet restaurant and one of the most beautiful panoramic viewpoints over the lake.

Apartment 3 Sensi with Private Jacuzzi

Located on the second and top floor of Casa Franzosi, the 3 Sensi apartment captivates with its intimate and contemporary atmosphere, where the charm of exposed white beams meets an understated and sophisticated design. The apartment’s distinctive layout follows the shape of the roof: the rooms feature different ceiling heights, with some areas more spacious and others more intimate, creating a warm and evocative atmosphere.

The apartment is arranged as an elegant open-plan space, carefully designed to ensure functionality and comfort. A central wall acts as a divider between the living and sleeping areas, creating two distinct spaces while maintaining a sense of continuity and openness.

Every room can be completely darkened or immersed in pleasant semi-darkness thanks to the automatic louvre shutters, allowing guests to adjust the natural light according to their preferences.

Living Area

The living area features a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV, alongside a modern, fully equipped kitchen. A dining table with chairs completes the space, making it ideal for breakfast, lunch and dinner in a welcoming and convivial setting.

The colour palette, based on shades of white, black and taupe, gives the space a contemporary and sophisticated elegance.

Sleeping Area

The sleeping area features a comfortable double bed positioned facing the central dividing wall. This wall has been transformed into a true design feature: at its centre is a second Smart TV, framed by two wardrobe doors providing convenient storage for clothes.

Above the composition is an elegant white console with drawers, completing the ensemble with a refined and functional touch.

Bathroom

The bathroom has been designed to be bright, comfortable and enjoyable to use. The space is enhanced by a spacious walk-in shower, designed to provide maximum comfort after a day exploring Lake Garda or simply for a moment of relaxation.

A convenient storage room is also available, ideal for storing luggage and personal belongings while keeping the apartment neat and organised.

Private Terrace

The true highlight of the 3 Sensi apartment is its private terrace, an exclusive space where guests can immerse themselves in the beauty of the Valtènesi landscape.

The terrace features a private Jacuzzi for two, exclusively reserved for guests of the apartment: the perfect place to relax while taking in the views.

The panorama stretches across the gentle hills of Valtènesi, olive groves and vineyards, with enchanting glimpses of Lake Garda. Completing the outdoor space is a table with chairs, allowing guests to enjoy the terrace throughout the day, from an al fresco breakfast to an intimate dinner or an aperitif at sunset.

3 Sensi is designed for those seeking an intimate and sophisticated stay, where contemporary design meets the authentic charm of the Garda countryside and a private terrace with Jacuzzi makes the landscape an integral part of the experience.

Swimming Pool

Set in a secluded position away from the apartments, the spectacular shared swimming pool offers the perfect balance between wellbeing and activity. Its generous dimensions allow guests to enjoy a refreshing swim or simply relax, while the raised sun terrace with loungers invites them to slow down and savour the light and tranquillity of Valtènesi.

Parking

Just a few metres from Casa Franzosi, guests can conveniently park their cars within an olive grove owned by the Franzosi family. A simple and authentic detail that adds further convenience to the stay and allows guests to experience the rural and genuine character of the area from the very first moment.
