Welcome to our beautiful and new apartment complex Gardaliva, recently built and newly-inaugurated in June 2019!
The apartment complex features 5 apartments divided into two buildings and surrounded by a beautiful and shared garden and infinity swimming pool.
The apartments are modern and with high-quality equipment, perfect for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. They all have their uniquely different features and strong points.
The apartment complex Gardaliva is ideally located just 450 m from the beach and the lake promenade in Manerba del Garda.
In the basement you will find a shared washing-machine to use for free and a big bbq area in the backyard is at your disposal.

The Green Duplex 1 apartment, divided over two floors, is an elegant and refined solution, ideal for families, completely newly furnished, and equipped with TV, Wifi and air conditioning.

On the ground floor there is a large living room with sofa bed, dining table with chairs, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, oven, fridge, coffee machine and kettle and toilett without shower.

The living room leads to a spacious covered terrace, furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers.

From here there is access to the common garden and the swimming pool suitable also for younger children (minimum depth 0.50 m).

The sleeping area is located on the first floor and consists of a double bedroom with TV, a bedroom with two single beds, a third open space area with a foldaway double bed and a large bathroom with shower.

The double bedroom leads to the covered terrace furnished with a sitting area for you to enjoy your afternoons outside with a beautiful view of the lake and the swimming pool.

Every apartment has private assigned parking.
A short walk takes you to the beach and lake promenade of Manerba del Garda where you can find restaurants, pizzeria and ice cream shop. There is a supermarket less than 5 minutes’ drive away and a bakery near to house. You’ll find a good and varied selection of restaurants and other shops in a short distance.
Gardaliva offers fun and relaxation for all ages and also provides a quiet, secluded peace of mind while being only minutes away from activities, shopping, dining, and so much more!
We suggest you to visit la Rocca di Manerba del Garda, a nature preserve site allowing for gorgeous lake scenery.

To spend a day full of fun, the famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park, are about 35 km away. Ask for discounted tickets at your check-in.

Tourist tax € 1.60 per person per day

Residence Gardaliva is a perfect place for a family holiday or a romantic stay for a couple.

Manerba del Garda is also a starting point for bicycle excursions and visits to local wineries.


In a few minutes you can reach the Romantica beach, restaurants and pizzerias, a small supermarket and the mini golf course.

To experience strong emotions, we recommend our guests a visit to the Rocca di Manerba, a site of great archaeological importance and a strategic point to dominate the lake from above.

For shopping, you can reach Salò or Desenzano, about 12 km away.
