Malga Mary – A Peaceful Retreat Overlooking Lake Garda
A private retreat where you can enjoy unforgettable moments of relaxation, surrounded by nature and captivated by the peaceful atmosphere of Lake Garda.

Welcome to Malga Mary, a charming holiday home surrounded by a large, beautifully landscaped private garden with a barbecue area and sun terrace. It is the perfect place to slow down, enjoy the fresh air and escape from the daily routine.

The Property
The house is arranged over two separate floors that are not internally connected.

When you book Malga Mary, you will have exclusive use of the entire house and both apartments. You will therefore be the only guests staying in the property.

The ground-floor apartment has recently been renovated and is similar in layout to the upper-floor apartment.

Each apartment offers:

a spacious living room with a comfortable double sofa bed;
a fully equipped kitchen;
one bedroom;
a bathroom with shower;
a laundry area.
The living room is enhanced by a beautiful fireplace made from local stone, creating a warm and romantic atmosphere on cooler evenings.

Garden and Swimming Pool
The spacious private garden is the perfect place to relax, enjoy a barbecue, sunbathe or simply admire the wonderful view of the lake.

The property also offers access to a beautiful swimming pool with an extraordinary panoramic view of Lake Garda. The swimming pool is shared with the owner.

Please note that the swimming pool is not located directly next to the house. It is approximately 300 metres away and can be reached via a walking path.

Location
Malga Mary enjoys a wonderful location: peacefully surrounded by greenery, yet centrally located.

The centre of Tignale can be reached on foot in just a few minutes, where you will find supermarkets, banks, a doctor's office, cafés and other essential services.

Tignale is located in the protected area of Upper Lake Garda and is surrounded by mountains, spectacular scenery and breathtaking views. The area offers numerous opportunities for hiking, outdoor activities, sightseeing and relaxation.

With the Tignale Card, guests can benefit from discounts, guided walks and the shuttle bus service to the beach during the periods indicated.

For a fun-filled day, the famous amusement parks Gardaland, Movieland and Caneva Aquapark are approximately 70 km away. Discounted tickets can be requested at check-in.

Enjoy the Simple Things
Start your morning with a good Italian coffee in the garden while admiring the magnificent view of the lake. Spend the day surrounded by nature, enjoy the tranquillity of the garden and watch the colours of the lake change at sunrise and sunset.

At Malga Mary, the real luxury is having the time and space to simply relax, breathe and enjoy the beauty of Lake Garda.

Important Information
Maximum occupancy: 8 guests, including babies and infants.
No additional guests are permitted under any circumstances. The maximum capacity of 8 guests must not be exceeded.
The swimming pool is shared with the owner.
The swimming pool is not adjacent to the house and is approximately 300 metres away, accessible via a walking path.
Charging electric vehicles using the property's electricity is strictly prohibited.
Tourist tax: €2.00 per person per day.
