At the end of a private driveway are three villas on the property: Cà Rossa, Cà Bianca, and Cà Pietra, all sharing a large swimming pool.
The large pool, equipped with sun loungers and just a few steps from the apartments, is available from mid-May for all guests staying in the villas and Casa Pietra.
Both Cà Rossa and Cà Bianca consist of two independent apartments each, with private entrances, air conditioning, exclusive terraces, and reserved parking.

Location and Accessibility
The apartment is reached via a private unpaved driveway – low-sport cars are not recommended.
The town center of Toscolano Maderno and the lake are approximately 10 minutes by car.
