Welcome to the beautiful Maison Bellini, which has been completely renovated in 2021!
The four apartments are located in a beautiful detached house, surrounded by a lovely designed garden with a pool.
These modern and preciously furnished apartments are ideal for a relaxing holiday. The small holiday residence is only a short walk away from the beach, from the lake promenade, and from the center, and there is also a children's playground just a few steps away from the house.

The apartment Maison Bellini number 1 is spread over 2 floors. Upstairs are the two bedrooms and a bathroom with a glass shower. The ground floor of the accommodation consists of a spacious living room with an open, modern fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable double sofa bed and a dining table. On the private terrace you can enjoy a good glass of wine from the region, to happily end up your holiday days.

In the outdoor pool you can refresh yourself on hot days and then relax on the sun terrace in a deck chair.
You can park your car in the parking spots belonging to the building.

Toscolano-Maderno has a wonderfully mild climate. The nature with cypresses, holm-oaks and olive trees offers a great example of the Mediterranean scrub. Enjoy the time in this beautiful Toscolano-Maderno holiday apartment. You won't be bored. The 4,000 square meter bathing beach, which has recently been wonderfully expanded, takes care of that. And moreover: if you like playing golf, you can enjoy it in Golf Bogliaco. If you want to visit one of the most famous and nicest places around the lake, just take the ferry (which runs all year round) to Torri del Benaco. The Scaliger Castle from 1383 and many other attractions await you here.
The location is suitable as a starting point for one-day trips to the beautiful cities of Verona, Brescia, Venice and around Lake Garda.
The famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park are around 35 km away for a day of fun. Ask for discounted tickets at check-in.

You will find our Felicity Apartment in the hamlet of Maclino, just above Toscolano Maderno, in a small and quiet residence.
This comfortable three-room ground-floor apartment allows you to enjoy the wonderful view of Lake Garda and welcomes you with a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The interiors are decorated with delicate shades of green and antique pink, creating an elegant, harmonious, and inviting environment perfect for a memorable holiday.
The Space
The apartment features a covered lake-view terrace that leads to the bright living area, which includes:

• Fully equipped open kitchen
The living room opens onto the furnished covered terrace, where you can enjoy the lake view, dine outdoors on warm summer evenings, or simply relax with a glass of wine.
