Il Fondaco has 75 m² apartment has 2 bedrooms (one with double bed, one with two single beds) and a double sofa bed, on a three storeys separated from the living room. A modern spacious kitchen (stove, coffee machine, refrigerator and enough dishes) is integrated into the dining room. There is also a dining area for 6 people as well as a bathroom with a shower.
Towels and bed linen can only be requested on site. The price for towels is 8 euros per person and for bed linen is also 8 euros per person. It cannot be pre-ordered.
The private, elevated terrace (about 10 m²) is equipped with garden furniture and umbrella. The private, fenced garden (about 120 m²) invites you to linger. There is a car park for your convenience.
A large garden (about 6000 m2) with about 100 olive trees, barbecue and garden furniture is available to the tenants of Rusticos. Parking lots are available on the property.
The pool can be used free of charge.
The tourist tax is € 2.00 per person per day
It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.

"Casa Simone" is in an excellent position with a beautiful lake view and the imposing Monte Baldo.
The house is surrounded by a large well-planted garden with a solarium area equipped with tables and umbrellas.
It consists of 4 independent apartments: Sole, Luna, Stella and Infinity each with a private outdoor space.
INFINITY APARTMENT:
It can accommodate 6-8 people, It is located on the 2nd floor and consists of 3 double bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms with shower and bidet, 1 large living room with fireplace, a small balcony and a large terrace, large kitchen with dishwasher and oven.
From the apartment you have direct access to the common garden.
The satellite TV and WIFI access will also allow guests to enjoy comfortable comforts from home even during their stay.
In the living area there is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area.
In a few minutes, by car, you can reach the center of Tignale with its supermarkets, bakeries, cafes and restaurants while the lake is about 5 km away.
With the Tignale Card you can have discounts, guided hikes and shuttle bus to the beach at the times indicated.
To spend a day full of fun, the famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park, are about 70 km away. Ask for discounted tickets at your check-in.
