Description
Il Fondaco has 75 m² apartment has 2 bedrooms (one with double bed, one with two single beds) and a double sofa bed, on a three storeys separated from the living room. A modern spacious kitchen (stove, coffee machine, refrigerator and enough dishes) is integrated into the dining room. There is also a dining area for 6 people as well as a bathroom with a shower.
Towels and bed linen can only be requested on site. The price for towels is 8 euros per person and for bed linen is also 8 euros per person. It cannot be pre-ordered.
The private, elevated terrace (about 10 m²) is equipped with garden furniture and umbrella. The private, fenced garden (about 120 m²) invites you to linger. There is a car park for your convenience.
A large garden (about 6000 m2) with about 100 olive trees, barbecue and garden furniture is available to the tenants of Rusticos. Parking lots are available on the property.
The pool can be used free of charge.
The tourist tax is € 1,70 per person per day
It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.

Das der Pool nur bis 19:00 Uhr nutzbar ist wäre in der Objektbeschreibung von Vorteil gewesen da der Weg zum Strand für eine kurze Abkühlung doch sehr weit ist. Das Objekt ist sehr hellhörig , dennoch haben die positiven Aspekte überzwogen und wir hasee more

Alles in allem war es ein großartiger Urlaub im Rustico Riel. Unsere große Ferienwohnung mit Terrasse und eigenem Garten war für Hund, Kinder (3) und Erwachsene (3) toll.
Der Pool ist wunderschön, die Aussicht einfach herrlich.

Alles in allem war es ein großartiger Urlaub im Rustico Riel. Unsere große Ferienwohnung mit Terrasse und eigenem Garten war für Hund, Kinder (3) und Erwachsene (3) toll.
Der Pool ist wunderschön, die Aussicht einfach herrlich. Wer wie wir mit Hund anreist, hat eine gute Wandermöglichkeit direkt aus dem Dorf heraus Richtung Aer. Wir möchten auf jeden wieder kommen!! |
