The apartment is on the ground floor with direct access to the large communal garden with a barbecue area.

It consists of a living kitchen, a double bedroom with a lake view, a room with a double sofa bed and a wardrobe, and a bathroom with a shower.

The apartment is equipped with all comforts such as Wi-Fi connection, safe, air conditioning, a parking space and offers the use of a communal laundry.

The splendid view from the private terrace offers the ideal place to enjoy the evening aperitif outdoors while the sun sets.

This holiday apartment is an ideal place for both a lake holiday and a hiking holiday.

You can reach the charming village of Piovere, a hamlet of Tignale, on foot, where you can find a bar and a small shop, a restaurant pizzeria and a public swimming pool. With the Tignale Card you can take advantage of discounts, guided walks and the shuttle bus to the beach during the periods indicated.

The tourist tax of Euro 2.00 per person per day is to be paid on site.

Heating is included from the beginning of October to the end of March, outside of these periods the cost is € 10.00 per day on request

It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the electricity of the house.
