From the terrace, even from the sofa in the living room, it is possible to admire the sunrises and sunsets over Lake Garda. The view extends to the other side of the river from Peschiera and the Gulf of Salò. In the evening you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the illuminated villages along the lakeside road, an unforgettable sight. Perfect for a romantic dinner on the terrace. In the apartment Barone are a beautiful living room with comfortable double sofa bed and access to the south-facing terrace with a more panoramic view of Lake Garda, a spacious bedroom with double bed, desk and wardrobe, and a new daylight bathroom with shower (90x100) and toilet. The fully equipped kitchen has an induction hob and a dishwasher, as well as coffee maker, kettle, microwave and toaster. Facilities include a satellite TV, air conditioning, central vacuum, internet access and wooden balcony furniture. A small complex of only 4 apartments, with a wonderful view. These apartments are for people aged 14 and over and guarantee moments of peaceful holidays! It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity. In the basement is a communal washing machine, which is available for the three apartments. A reserved parking space is available in front of the house.
