Situated on the second floor, the apartment offers 45 m² of comfort filled with natural light. The open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area is modern and welcoming, featuring a comfortable double sofa bed and direct access to the real gem of the property: a private balcony with a breathtaking lake view—ideal for slow breakfasts, sunset aperitifs, or moments of pure relaxation.
The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with wardrobe and a bright bathroom with shower.

The Rustico Riel is located in Tignales and consists of five modern apartments. All apartments are sunny and have a fantastic view of Lake Garda and the Monte Baldo mountain.
A large garden (about 6000 m2) with about 100 olive trees with garden furniture is available for guests.
The pool of Residence piccolo ragno in about 3 km can be used free of charge.
Apartment Rustico Riel 1: 65 m2. located in the 1st floor has a gallery with double sofa bed, from which it goes down to 2nd sleeping area (double bed). There is also the bathroom with shower. Living area with kitchen. For max. 4 people.

The big holiday apartment “Casa Simone” is in an amazing and sunny location, overlooking the Gardalake and the imposing Monte Baldo mountain.
This property benefits of a terrace without lake view and of an outdoor patio with furniture, perfect place for sunbathing.
Immersed in the nature, this holiday rental presents itself divided in 4 separate apartments ( Luna , Sole, Stella and Infinity): each one provided of its own private terrace.
HOLIDAY APARTMENT STELLA:
it is located on the first floor, next to the Luna apartment, and offers space for 4 people. It consists of a bedroom, a bathroom and a bright living room with fireplace, sofa bed, integrated kitchenette and dining area.
It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.
The apartment has a private balcony and direct access to the well-kept common garden with olive trees and a barbecue area with garden furniture.
The satellite TV and WIFI access will also allow guests to enjoy comfortable comforts from home even during their stay.
In a few minutes, by car, you can reach the center of Tignale with its supermarkets, bakeries, cafes and restaurants while the lake is about 5 km away.

Wir fanden es nicht so schön die Ferienwohnung in einem Haus unterschiedliche Nutzungskonzepte haben. Wir durfte ins Schwimmbad umsonst, unsere Nachbarn nicht.
