This fantastic and unique apartment is located on the second and top floor of a two-level house. The house is surrounded by a beautiful, peaceful and well-kept green garden where our guests can lounge freely and it has its own independent entrance.
The apartment is very largely proportioned (about 100 sq/mt) and it has high ceilings and large windows. It is composed of 2 bedrooms with king size beds, 2 full bath-rooms with shower and bidet and a very big living/dining area which opens on a 40 sq/mt terrace through a series of glass doors. From the terrace you will see one of the most amazing views of the Lake! During a clear day you can see the entire lake, from est to west and from north to south :)
FREE street parking in front of the house. It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.
To spend a day full of fun, the famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park, are about 35 km away. Ask for discounted tickets at your check-in.
The tourist tax is € 1 per person per day
