LA TORRETTA is a beautiful, high-quality gallery apartment on two floors (3rd and 4th), ideal for two people, completely renovated, furnished with love and offers a
breathtaking lake view to Sirmione.
Ideal for a relaxing holiday, home office with a fantastic view or an active holiday
with hikes or bike rides in the beautiful surroundings.
A riding stable is also in the immediate vicinity.
The bright apartment is accessible via an elevator.
A large pool is available all year round, including two sun loungers and a parasol.
The residential complex is very well maintained, in a quiet location.
The front door takes you into the large living room with a closed wardrobe,
large L-couch, large flat screen TV (with international programs) and soundbar,
a large dining table (200 x 90), fully equipped kitchen with oven, four ceramic hobs, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machines (German coffee machine and Nespresso), kettle and toaster.
From the living room you can access the cozy south-facing balcony with two rattan armchairs including cushions, a small table and an electric sun awning.
With a view over the well-kept complex, the beautiful pool, the olive grove to Lake Garda
you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun or your evening Aperol Spritz with a view of the twinkling lights.
Behind the kitchen there is a small hallway with a closet equipped with:
Cleaning utensils, ironing board and iron, as well as a drying rack.
Through the hallway you reach the completely renovated bathroom, equipped with:
Sink, shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine, make-up mirror with magnifying and
a hair dryer. The large mirror is provided with indirect LED lighting, which is equipped with a

The residence with Mediterranean flair, in which the holiday apartment Casa sulla Collina is located, is located just outside the center of Puegnago del Garda. In the village you will find everything for your daily needs, a mini market with a bakery, fruit and vegetables, a butcher, take away pizza, a café and an elegant restaurant.
In the residence there are 2 pools + 1 children's pool, one of which is not far from the apartment. Swimming caps compulsory.
The well-equipped holiday apartment sulla Collina develops on 2 levels. The private, completely fenced garden leads directly to the covered terrace and the front door of the apartment. When you go through the front door, you find yourself in the pleasant living room with couch and open fireplace, integrated kitchen and dining table. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with window, shower and washing machine. Through the living room you come via a staircase in the basement, here you will find a bathroom with shower bath (whirlpool), a bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. The entire basement is flooded with light and dry. In midsummer you can sleep comfortably in the cool here and don't need air conditioning.
The facility is large but has room for everyone. A private parking space is also available.
Nestled between grapevines and olive groves the residence is immersed in nature and the apartment itself has partial lake views. You can quickly reach the town and the lake on foot or by car. The location of the residence offers many opportunities for beautiful walks.
The famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park are about 35 km away to spend a day of fun. Ask for discounted tickets at check-in.

Salo und Manerba sind nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und bieten alles was das Herz begehrt, auch den Tourismus. Der Blick aus der Wohnung und vom Balkon wird uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Egal zu welcher Tages- oder Nachtzeit und bei welchem Wetter, ein absoluter Traum. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet, die Außenanlage, inkl. Pool, ist top gepflegt. Wer mag kann von hieraus direkt Wanderungen ins Umland starten. Der Service von Gardafewo war ebenfalls sehr gut. Vollkommen unkompliziert und einfach. Rund um die Wohnung gibt es viel zu entdecken und probieren. Kleine, wirklich gute Restaurants, eine Bar am Marktplatz (toller Blick auf den See). Überall bekommt man Olivenöle und Weine aus der Region. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

he apartment is very tastefully furnished to a high standard. We stayed for 5 days in the Apartement. The pool is simply superb, as is the view.. The nearest supermarket, bakery, etc. is about ten minutes away by car. Highly recommended for couples who want to spend a few quiet days.
