In a historic villa, which was completely renovated in 2025 and divided into three independent apartments, holiday apartment No. 4 is located on the first floor and combines elegance, comfort and a breathtaking view of the lake.
The entrance leads to a spacious, bright living area with an open-plan design, where a modern, high-quality kitchen seamlessly blends with the living room featuring a smart TV and an elegant crystal glass dining table. From here, one can access the magnificent balcony that extends across the entire lake-facing side of the house: tastefully furnished and ideal for relaxing and enjoying the enchanting view at any time of day.
The sleeping area includes a large bathroom with a window and shower, as well as two double rooms - one of them with an armchair bed and direct access to the balcony - and offers cosy retreats for relaxation. A private parking space rounds off the comfort of the stay.
A short walk downhill leads to the beach and the picturesque harbour of Dusano with its charming jetty, a bar and an excellent restaurant. The return journey uphill rewards with fascinating views of the surrounding landscape. Just a few steps away is also the Rocca nature reserve, a unique vantage point and ideal for delightful walks in nature.

The apartment in classic modern style has a large balcony where you can enjoy wonderful views of the lake and beautiful sunsets.
The apartment is on the first floor and extends over two levels, upstairs there is an open bedroom, downstairs there are two bedrooms, the bathroom and a living/dining area with an open, modern open kitchen, which rounds off the perfect living quality of this great holiday apartment.
The very nice living area with a comfortable couch opens the way to the large balcony with a direct view of the lake and balcony furniture and a barbecue.
The very nice family complex includes a pizzeria, 4 swimming pools open from the beginning of June (Olympic size open till end of august, one with a lake view and two for children open till the middle of september), boccia, mini golf, five-a-side football, beach volleyball, a tennis court for shared use.
The beach "La Romantica" can be reached via a footpath directly in front of the complex.
A parking lot for our guests is directly behind the house. It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.
Shops for strolling can be found in Salò or Desenzano, about 12 km away. Many supermarkets can be found within a 5-minute drive.
Manerba del Garda is also an ideal starting point for hikes through the unique landscape. Picturesque places on the lake invite you to visit and if you still have time and desire, you can visit Verona, Mantua, Milan or Venice on a day trip.
The famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park are about 35 km away to spend a day of fun. Ask for discounted tickets at check-in.

We warmly welcome you to our Residence Gardaliva built in 2019!
Located about 450 meters by foot from the beach and the lakefront, the residence has 5 apartments of different types, studied in detail and tastefully furnished, offering guests comfort and style.
In a few minutes on foot you can reach the Romantica beach, restaurants and pizzerias, a small supermarket and the mini golf course.
The complex is surrounded by a lovely well-kept garden with an infinity pool and each apartment has a reserved parking space.
The Suite 5 apartment, on the first floor, has a magnificent terrace where you can spend unforgettable moments, enjoying the wonderful view of the lake and swimming pool.
Upon entering the apartment, you will find a comfortable bright living room with Full-HD TV., With a large L-shaped sofa, a large dining table and a kitchen complete with all appliances.
The sleeping area consists in 2 double bedroom with TV and a bedroom with a bunk bed.
Bathroom complete with modern shower box, sink with mirror, toilet, bidet and hairdryer.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and wifi connection.
The shared swimming pool is also suitable for younger children (minimum depth 0.50 m).
