The Location – simply unbeatable

Our apartment is located right on the popular pebble beach “La Romantica”, within a well-kept residence with exclusive access to a private bathing platform. Restaurants, bars, boat rentals, and shops are all within walking distance – so you can easily forget about the car!

The Apartment – your home by the lake

The interior is lovingly furnished, giving you that instant feeling of comfort and relaxation.

Living room: sofa, dining area, and an open, fully equipped kitchen (including oven, fridge/freezer, dishes and cooking utensils for 4 guests).

Bedroom 1: double bed and spacious wardrobe.

Bedroom 2: bunk bed – ideal for children or friends.

Balcony: covered, with a stunning lake view – the perfect spot for breakfast, an aperitivo, or a romantic evening.

Garden & Relaxation

In the beautifully landscaped communal garden, comfortable sun loungers are at your disposal – relax under the trees and enjoy the tranquility, always accompanied by the Garda breeze.
👉 Please note: relaxing is only allowed on the loungers, not directly on the grass.

Activities & Excursions

Swimming and sunbathing right outside your door – either on the public beach or from our private platform.

Dog owners: just a short walk away, you’ll find a dog-friendly beach.

The famous amusement parks Gardaland, Movieland, and Caneva Aquapark are about 35 km away – perfect for an unforgettable family day out.

Good to Know

Maximum occupancy: 4 guests (including babies and small children) – to ensure comfort and privacy.

Only small dogs are welcome.

Tourist tax: €1.60 per person per night.

Charging electric cars via the household electricity supply is strictly prohibited.

Residence Montecolo is situated in Manerba del Garda and it is a well-finished apartment complex with a large pool overlooking the lake and a playground for children. The pools are monitored by a lifeguard and the area is provided with beach chairs and umbrellas. Here you can find a very pleasant atmosphere.
The residence comprises also a football and beach volley field, a playground for children and a barbecue area overlooking the lake.

Out apartment Fedra is very comfortable and furnished with attention to details and it has got a balcony overlooking the lake. Here you can start your day with a delicious breakfast and an amazing view over the lake. The apartment is composed by a living room with the kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom with shower, window and washing machine.
In the underground car park is available a numbered parking spot and there is also a separated garage where you can place your bikes, ecc.
The residence is on a slope where you can enjoy the beautiful lake view. The port (Porto Dusano) and a tiny beach are distant almost 400 m from the apartment and, however, there are 2 delicious restaurants, 2 ice-cream parlors, and 2 litlle shops. Manerba is not so crowded, but it offers many things to do in your freetime.
The area around the Rocca of Manerba is perfect to go jogging or riding bikes. In order to visit better the area, we recommend you to come by car.

To spend a day full of fun, the famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park, are about 35 km away. Ask for discounted tickets at your check-in.
