We warmly welcome you to our Residence Gardaliva built in 2019!
Located about 450 meters by foot from the beach and the lakefront, the residence has 5 apartments of different types, studied in detail and tastefully furnished, offering guests comfort and style.
In a few minutes on foot you can reach the Romantica beach, restaurants and pizzerias, a small supermarket and the mini golf course.
The complex is surrounded by a lovely well-kept garden with an infinity pool and each apartment has a reserved parking space.
The Suite 5 apartment, on the first floor, has a magnificent terrace where you can spend unforgettable moments, enjoying the wonderful view of the lake and swimming pool.
Upon entering the apartment, you will find a comfortable bright living room with Full-HD TV., With a large L-shaped sofa, a large dining table and a kitchen complete with all appliances.
The sleeping area consists in 2 double bedroom with TV and a bedroom with a bunk bed.
Bathroom complete with modern shower box, sink with mirror, toilet, bidet and hairdryer.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and wifi connection.
The shared swimming pool is also suitable for younger children (minimum depth 0.50 m).
A shared washing machine is available free of charge for our guests and is located in the basement.
Residence Gardaliva is a perfect place for a family holiday or a romantic stay for a couple.
All our guests will receive a welcome gift with typical products of the area.
Manerba del Garda is also a starting point for bicycle excursions and visits to local wineries.
To experience strong emotions, we recommend our guests a visit to the Rocca di Manerba, a site of great archaeological importance and a strategic point to dominate the lake from above.
For shopping, you can reach Salò or Desenzano, about 12 km away.
To spend a day full of fun, the famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park, are about 35 km away. Ask for discounted tickets at your check-in

At the entrance there is a spacious kitchen completely furnished with dishwasher, induction hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster. The style of the space has been carefully designed in every detail and the brightness of the rooms guarantees a good living comfort.
In the living room there are 2 white sofas and a TV; here a staircase leads to the upper floor which has 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The common theme of all the spaces is the contemporary and cosy style.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. From this floor there is a direct access to the double private garage.

Leaving the residence on foot you can reach in 5 minutes the famous beach "Romantica" with bars, restaurants, ice-cream shops, boats and pedalo rental.

Das Apartment wäre noch besser, wenn es eine separate Toilette hätte. Und ein Windschutz an einer Seite oben an der Terrasse wäre super. Dann würde es nicht so ziehen. Das sind nur Kleinigkeiten. Sonst war der Aufenthalt perfekt.
