Luigi Visconti in the early 1900s took over a small winery and then started his own business in the city center in the 1930s. The area was facing the lake and as it benefited from an extraordinary view he decided to build his own home as well. The ground floor was dedicated to the cellars and the production of wine and on the upper floors he realized the dream of living in a wonderful place and creating a large family. The renovation of the building, completed in 2021, also kept the original construction inside as far as possible. There are the stairs in fine marble, the railings with wrought iron decorations, the windows with precious and colored glass and the ceilings of the attic frescoed by artists of the time.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms arranged as follows: Double suite with en-suite bathroom, Bedroom with two single beds (one of which is removable), single room, LUIGI VISCONTI offers an excellent overnight stay for 5 people, to which others can be added two residents using the comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
