Convenient to the main services, supermarkets, the lakefront, 3 km from the Desenzano motorway, near the train station and the bus stop. On the second floor, accessible by elevator, inside a private courtyard, in a condominium with a few residential units, we find the "Lucky Gaia" apartment. It is a three-room apartment consisting of a large and bright living room with smart TV, dining table and sofa and balcony, great for enjoying breakfasts and aperitifs in the open air. In a separate compartment we find the modern fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, table with dining chairs, fridge and freezer with storage room where the washing machine is located.
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with a large wardrobe, a bedroom with two single beds and a newly renovated bathroom with a large glass shower. It is an ideal apartment for families who want to spend carefree and at the same time economical holidays in a completely comfortable environment. Reibungsloser und sehr freundlicher check in und check out. Check in sogar vor 15 Uhr. Parkplätze immer vorhanden. Super, dass es einen Aufzug gibt, vor allem für die Koffer.
