Located on the first floor of an elegant residence, the apartment is characterised by an imposing entrance with marble floors in beige shades, creating a warm and refined atmosphere, ideal for welcoming guests. The apartment offers a spacious terrace, accessible from both the living room and the bedroom, perfect for enjoying the surrounding landscape, relaxing in the sun or having breakfast outdoors.
