COLLO LUNGO CIN: IT017067C2C383BGYX Palazzo Visconti is a mix of history, culture, flavours, traditions, comfort, and technology. A historical journey that began in the 1930s. Luigi Visconti, in the early 1900s, took over a small winery and, later in the 1930s, began his own business in the city centre. The area was lakeside, and as it enjoyed an extraordinary view, he decided to build his home there as well. The ground floor was dedicated to the cellars and wine production, while the upper floors realised the dream of living in a beautiful place and creating a large family. A photograph of the building from the 1930s is visible in the gallery. The restoration of the property, completed in 2021, has preserved, as much as possible, the original construction. The fine marble stairs, wrought-iron railings with decorative details, windows with fine and coloured glass, and the attic ceilings frescoed by artists of the time have been retained. Schon beim Betreten des Hauses sticht einem der, im Haus verbaute, Teich ins Auge. Das Loft war sehr sauber und geräumig. Wir waren zu viert vor Ort und der Platz hat super gereicht. Der Pool war stets gepflegt und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Lage ist gut, wenn man gerne etwas Abseits vom touristischen Treiben ist. Ein Pennymarkt befindet sich wenige Gehminuten vom Haus. Wir können das Loft durchweg weiterempfehlen.
