Upon arrival, guests will be personally welcomed, accompanied to the apartment, and supported throughout their stay for any needs. At departure, the concierge will be present to ensure a warm farewell and make sure the experience was impeccable. This service is also available via direct chat contact, ensuring quick and personalised assistance. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. For arrivals between 7:00 PM and 11:30 PM, a supplement of €50.00 is required. Pets are welcome with an extra cost of €5.00 per day. The apartment is subject to a security deposit of €250.00, which can be paid in cash at check-in or by credit card. If paid in cash, the refund will be made via bank transfer within 3 working days, unless there are any damages.
